If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal information from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

Important Information:
This request is processed by Govindo Group on behalf of FUGO Hotels & Resorts. Once processed, your account, booking history, and personal profile will be permanently removed. The deletion process typically takes a few business days to complete.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that all access to membership perks, history, and rewards will be permanently revoked once the process is complete.
