Account Deletion Request for FUGO Privilege Club App:
Users may submit a request to delete their membership account and associated personal data by contacting our support team at hotel@fugohotels.com or by completing the request form available on this page. This process ensures that each request is properly recorded and handled appropriate accordingly.

Important Information:

  • The membership account deletion requests will be subject to verification and internal review prior to processing.
  • Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the membership account and all associated data, including profile information and booking history, will be permanently removed from the system automatically.
  • The deletion proceed may take a few business days based on the data verification process.

By submitting this request, users acknowledge that access to membership benefits, history, and rewards will be permanently revoked upon completion of the process.
